In the department Enabling Services At INSIRE, one thing is paramount: the successful implementation of our projects. Professional project management forms the foundation for reliability, transparency, and sustainable success. However, not all project management is created equal. Depending on the project type, complexity, and objectives, different approaches are required.
In practice, three basic approaches can be distinguished, each of which has its merits.
At INSIRE, we don't choose a dogmatic, but a pragmatic project management approach. Every project is different, and so we consciously select the method that delivers the greatest added value for the project goal.
We often opt for a hybrid approach that provides clear structures but at the same time allows enough flexibility to react to new insights or changed circumstances.
Our aim is to manage projects not by method, but by results. Through experienced project management, clear communication, and transparent control mechanisms, we create the foundation for successful, efficient, and sustainable project outcomes.
Regardless of the chosen project methodology, we are increasingly integrating a self-developed project controlling in our projects. This controlling system ensures that Early warning indicators We will promptly notify you if operational progress, time, or budget deviate from the norm. This creates transparency regarding the project status and allows for early corrective action before risks become real problems.
Furthermore, we have a own logic for project classification developed, with which all projects in Project categories (A–D) This categorization allows us to classify projects. This categorization signals from the outset where the focus of controlling should lie and which control mechanisms are appropriate. In this way, we ensure that every project, regardless of size or complexity, is managed with the appropriate level of control, transparency, and attention.
